Niall Horan is enjoying a break from touring, rehearsing and recording - by soaking up the sun in Spain.

Yesterday, Niall was spotted hanging out with his friends by the pool at a swanky hotel in Marbella.

Back in January, Niall said his New Year's Resolution was to start going to the gym more - and it definitely shows!
