'Cyrano' by Geraldine McCaughrean
Cyrano loves Roxanne. Roxanne loves Christian. Only Christian
isn’t really Christian and it’s all very tragic and boo hoo.
If you like cheese, you’ll love Cyrano. Cyrano and Roxanne are
the new Romeo and Juliet, the latest Jordan and Pete. This is
a story so colourful you’ll feel as if you’ve been the
spectator of a gay Mardi Gras.

'The Innocent's Story' by Nicky Singer
The world has gone crazy. Instead of battles fought on fields
with swords and horses, today enemies plant bombs and launch
missiles in civilian towns and cities. No one is free from
bloodshed, especially now the trend seems to be to blow
oneself up to make a point. Are these bombers nuts? Are they
totally insane? Or is there a reason behind the madness?
