Are you nineteen or under and planning to have a boob job?
Are you sixteen or under and obsessed with staying thin?
Are you sixteen or under and having sex? Are your parents aware that you are sexually active and grateful you’ve been honest with them? Or is it something you’ve chosen to keep well hidden?
ITV1 documentary team wants to speak to you.
A production team from Granada TV specialising in programmes about young people is producing three documentaries for ITV1 about teenagers and cosmetic surgery, their attitudes to their bodies and their attitudes to sex and relationships.
The aim of these films is to explore teenage attitudes to cosmetic surgery – particularly breast enlargement, the subject of teenage dieting and teenager’s attitude to their body image and the subject of teenage sex in Britain today; to gain an insight into teenager’s attitudes to sex and love. We want to look at these issues from your perspective. They’re intended to be straightforward, honest and non-judgemental approaches to the topics.
We hope to give young people a chance to talk frankly about their situations and to share what it's really like to be a teenager in 2006. We want to appeal to a youth audience and the participants will effectively be addressing their peers and basically telling them how it is without sensationalism.
There’s no ‘agenda’ to the film - we’re simply looking for young people from a range of different backgrounds, with different views, from all over the country to become involved. Ultimately we hope the doc will have a very positive feel and shatter a few stereotypes.

yea, sure,i want a boob job, NOT, id rather they was a bit smaller thanks, 13 yrs old and a 36Dno thanks

My boobs are small, but I would never have a boob job.
I think they're just fake to be honest it's not you...It's not your body.
So what if they're not as big as other people's, they're in proportion with your body.
I am not obsessed with being thin, and never will be...Yes I like to stay healthy, to have a better lifestyle, but staying thin, really I couldn't care less....I'm just lucky as I stay thin...
Sex...Yes my parents know, I told my mum straight away. She said she wants to know for one to make sure that I'm always safe and that if there ever is a problem or a silly mistake made, she knows I can go to her with it.
She's really understanding and I love it.
I feel more comfortable knowing that she knows rather than hiding it. =]
