You can however upload it to somewhere like imageshack, and link to it. As it happens, I'm about to add an avatar myself, so I'll guide you through the steps. 1) Upload your image to http://imageshack.us 2) Copy the direct linking code, as shown in the pic below. 3) On TT, Click the "My Stuff" link at the top of the page, and select "My Profile" as shown below. 4) Scroll to the very bottom of the page. Paste the code you got from imageshack into the image url box, as shown. Just remember to make sure the image is 80x80 pixels or below, and the button next to the text box is highlighted. Press submit, and you should now have a pretty new avatar $\:\)$
