Anything by James Patterson.
He is my favourite, and I have read all of his books, and loved them all. =]

Kevin Brooks. I think almost every book he's written has been at least shortlisted for some prize or another. What an underachiever I know...

Patterson is awesome too =] especially the kids ones. Just my level.

I loved the guy who wrote a child called it, and then the two books he wrote after that.
I can't think for my life his name, but those books were so touching and sad. I really enjoyed reading them though, I couldn't put them down.

Yes, Child Called It was a good book lol. I read it, then re-read it and did the same with the other two books. But my fav. author has to be Stephen King, i'm well getting into his Dark Tower series at the minute. XD. Geekyness or what?

Jasper Fforde and Patricia Cornwell are totally great as well.

Which books by J.K. Rowling?

Are you for real? Harry Potter maybe . . .

Anyway. George Orwell ftw.
