It seems like my boss and other colleagues don't like me. I work weekends in a small store and cover sometimes during the week. My boss said my attitude is 'horrendous' and I'm on my 'last chance' before I get fired, although she says I have improved in the last week.My colleagues sometimes tell her things about me on days she's not there. I usually enjoy work, I've been there a year and it's good pay, but should I leave and work somewhere else?

Well Most jobs are like that i know because of my sister, she has had problems with her boss because of her attitude so i guess it's up to you, and sometimes it's hard to find jobs so i wouldn't leave if i was getting a good pay if i was you so if you enjoy working there then there is no reason for you to leave and try your best to find peace with your boss and colleagues and things will workout better!!

Why do you think your boss thinks of you badly?? Maybe you have done something wrong to him or your colleagues to make them say bad things about you??

You just have to follow what you think is right. No one can decide for you so it is really up to what you think. If you feel you can't stand it anymore, then quit.
