something else to add to berni's list is something me and my housemate agree on that works wonders and its a cup of tea. Purely because you have to sit down for at least 5 minutes to let it cool so you can drink it and in that time you can relax a hell of a lot. Maybe try doing it with herbal tea to increase the relaxing.
I'm in the same position too at the moment with a crazy amount of work (your in your 2nd year arent you? sorry to say but the 3rd year's just as bad :() and I've found that its brilliant to make a plan of what you need/want to do each day. Its worth taking like 20minutes out of your work time to plan out what you want to do each day, I have mine stuck on my wall and it really helps to stick to the plan. Like berni said you have to make the goals realistic or it will just stress you out even more, also if the goals are realisting and you get done what you wanted to do in a day, or you do more, then it feels great.
Time out to burn off energy is always good as well, I find that if I spend days just sat doing work then I get fidgity and restless and need to do something active. Going out and dancing is good but if you don't have the time for that going for a run or going swimming is good too. Plus doing exercise will give you a general happier feeling, I often go swimming in the morning and then I feel much more motivated to work all day.

I get a spot if I'm stressed out or under loads of pressure.
