Yeah you look like you've put a lot of hard work in, I go to the gym a good 5 times every week and have done for the past year, so im still working at it every day, its totally changed my life though, for instance, i have a permanent ACHE in my arm muscles when i type, its well annoying!!!!
How often do you go to the gym then?

5 times also and when your arms hurt it means that you've done a good job in the previous days workout. If it doesn't hurt the next day it means you didn't achieve anything. Just make sure you eat lots of foods containing high protein after your workout because if you don't no matter how long you train nothing will change.

Actually if you ache the next day it means you didn't warm down properly and there is still a build up of lactic acid in your muscles. Pity you don't exercise your brain too there sparky.

Ha, but if your doing an extreme high weight workout then the pain is actually the fact that you have ripped your muscles
And yeah Im on a high protein diet, I love dedicating my life to the gym, because yeah I was a bit like yourself, very slim, no muscle what so ever, and Ive always played footy at a good level, and its not good getting pushed off the ball, so yeah, I love it now, beefing everyone around the pitch

There is a difference between pain and an ache. If you've ripped a muscle you don't tend to go about your day and put it off as just an ache.

Dude if you train and it hurts the following day, it's basically going through the recovery process. Within that time you try and eat as much carbs and protein as you can. The recovery process is a bit painish but as it keeps coming you get used to living with it.

Or you could warm down and the recovery process is reduced dramatically. Fucks sake, just because you go to the gym doesn't mean you actually know anything.
