Don't eat a lot before you go to sleep and also cut down on the sugar and carbs like pasta and white bread.

I think that enough sleep will really help. Try also taking in vitamins and drinking lots of water. Maybe it's just the pressure from work or something.

Establishing a regular sleeping pattern can actually be extremely difficult.
