I only got motivation because it was part of my footy teams fitness plan, now i barely ever do any running, just addicted to the weights, when you see the results right in front of you, thats motivation in itself !!!!!!!
And to be honest fancy doesnt mean anything, it just means that they will bump the prices up at any chance they can get. Im a member of my leisure centre's gym aswell, thats only £15 a month, and there is everything you could need in there, but i like the extra space, so i pay through the nose for it!!

I wouldn't pay at bloody all! I am a tight wad, and to pay to go somewhere so that I can sweat and I can feel my muscles ache all the next day, wow....I just wouldn't do it. =O!

Yeah but its great at my place, I walk in there after work, feeling tired and moody,
I come out after a good weight lifting session, swim, jacquzzi, steam room sauna, shower, change into some clean clothes, do my hair, and walk out feeling pumped up clean fresh awake. Its a great feeling !!!

Yeah spot on, and if you go in the sauna, steam room and jaczuzzi, it really makes you feel fresh rather than achy. The next morning i dont feel achy at all

So people, who goes to the gym?
I am a semi professional footballer so I have to go to the gym 4 to 6 times a week. I have to say i am addicted. My gym has state of the art equiptment, two floors worth, along with a sauna, steam room, jacquzzi, swimming pool, and best of all, its right round the corner from my house.
I pay £45 per month, what deals do other people get ?
Which Gym? I am from Preston
