So people, who goes to the gym?
I am a semi professional footballer so I have to go to the gym 4 to 6 times a week. I have to say i am addicted. My gym has state of the art equiptment, two floors worth, along with a sauna, steam room, jacquzzi, swimming pool, and best of all, its right round the corner from my house.
I pay £45 per month, what deals do other people get ?

The gym, wow remind me that this 'gym' thing is again.
Oh I remember it's a place where you work out and exercise.
Don't do gyms.
I'm more of a slob type.

Well we have just the thing for you at our gym, on each running machine there is a full Sky Digital box and flat screen TV, so you can do a bit of both. But if you are lucky enough to naturally keep that slim physique without excersise, then fair dues!!

No I keep it by sitting on this all day every day of my effing life, whilst stuffing my face with chocolate éclairs etc.

Standards to make the squad, have to eat healthily, get the right nutrients, keep to a strict schedule, the only rules we are allowed 2 bend are to go out at night, but as long as we insist we were drinking nothing but J20's all night then the manager will say fair enough!

Im the type who eats a chocolate bar and gains weight! Stupid slow metabalism!!
But yeh, I have a membership to my local Gym. Its doesnt sound anything as fancy as yours but it does the job. Might start going more seen as im off work now for a few weeks! Yay!

I'm a member at my Uni gym and I've been a few times. I really enjoy it once I'm there but i'm lacking motivation and urge to go.
Plus I don't like going by myself, I really wish I could find the motivation to go by myself but I never do so I always have to encourage friends to go and thats two lots of motivation needed!
I prefer swimming myself and usually go twice a week while at Uni.
