At last it’s here! Part 1 proper of our Dolly Rockers interview is in. While teentoday.co.uk TV host and head-honcho Olly attempts to block them from view with his oversized barnet the girls chat cocky pigeons, bumming fans, Twilight and the not totally-unsurprising news that Brooke was a charity mugger. Please watch it - the ruddy thing took 9 hours of importing editing, jigging, encoding and uploading (and still looks like crap). Although in a drunken haze, I felt it imperative that we were first to review this show (and bring you another teentoday.co.uk exclusive). I’ve just got back from the Sliimy showcase (and first ever full UK performance) in ever-popular Hoxton Square to see if the guy with the Perez Hilton marketing machine behind him deserves the crescendo of hype he’s already garnered (including mysterious Who is Sliimy? tweets from the likes of Katy Perry, Paris Hilton and Lady Gaga) or - as I’m sure the record label fear - he’ll be seen as an inferior and just a little-bit-too-odd version of Mika.

Having sparked girl group war between Girls Can’t Catch and the Dolly Rockers (and possibly ruined a career in the process… oops), we feel it’s time to let another girl band enter the fray. Cue The Paradiso Girls, a gang put together by the woman who brought you the Pussycat Dolls (Robin Antin), with tenuous links to 5 different countries to fit with some random international theme. Dolly Rockers interview
We were especially excited by today’s episode of teentoday.co.uk TV which was set to be our most professional yet. Not only did we have a brightly lit room with a treasure trove of snacks, a lovely sofa to sit on, and an actual tripod for our camera to sit proudly atop, but we were also interviewing one of our favourite new groups, and friends of teentoday.co.uk TV The Dolly Rockers. Then our battery died. Ouch.
