Move over Zac Efron, there’s a new hottie in town
After initially deciding Robert Pattinson (previously known as Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter) had been fatally miscast as vampire heartthrob Edward Cullen in this winter’s hottest flick, Twilight (adapted from the phenomenally popular books by Stephenie Meyer, which we love), we are starting to do a 180° on the chap – and pics like the ones above definitely help!

Following the long line of teen totty from David Cassidy (ask your Mum) to Zac Efron, RPatz, as some blogs are distressingly calling him, is truly scrumptious. Edward is meant to be like the most handsome being ever and we guess Pattinson, with cheekbones that you could slice stone with, mussed-up sex hair and a touch of the Charlie from Busted about him (please tell me you remember him or else I’ll feel really old), is as close as anyone can get.
What’s more, he’s being delightfully British about his ability to spark riots in America (one girl apparently broke her nose in the scrum at one of his signings) – seemingly nonplussed at his new-found sex symbol status, he has commented that ‘it’s like being in N’Sync’ and appears wonderfully self-deprecating and even slightly (but cutely) dorky in interviews. And, get this girls, he’s single and is planning on hiding out in London after all the American craziness (so start staking out those streets in time for the London premiere on December 3rd now!).
Kristen Stewart, as Edward’s beau Bella, and him also look smokin’ hot together, so much so we’ve felt the need to scatter photos of them liberally around this page (we’re loving Stewart’s red carpet dress btw) – someone, snap them up for a perfume ad, quick! Trailers for Twilight have thus far looked a bit dodge (see below) but if we get to stare at this pair for 90 minutes, we’ll be happy enough. Since Twilight gets released in the UK on December 19th, we’re viewing the lovely Robert as our early Christmas present and given the popularity of the books (I’m on Team Edward btw), it’ll be a hit no matter what – but what do you predict, shit or hit?

Twilight is such a beautiful book. Stephenie Meyer is an absolute genius! I am obsessed with the books and the film is also wonderful. The books have changed my whole outlook on love and life and my own writing; even though I’m only fifteen. I reccomend this book to everyone, no matter how old they are. It’s as if you are actually living among the characters. Such a wonderfully amazing book, made me laugh and cry. Only don’t talk to me about it - I get weirdly jealous.

It is soooo amazing. Twilight is all i think about. I can’t wait for New moon in cinema’s or midnight sun to be finished and published.
On the subject of Robert Pattinson........... he is totaly Hot-mazing:P. He is on several of my posters. So far, i have seen the film 57 times, and counting, i know it word for word, move for mood, every single step taken by each charractor, and yet Edward Cullen/ Robert Pattinson still manages to Dazzle me, every single time he is on screen. His hair is sooooo cute. In Twilight and Harry Potter. I too agree that he did justice to Edward Cullen because of how beautiful he is.
The only problem i have with the film, is that it would have been much better if it followed the book word for word. And the only problemi have with the book, is that Robert Pattinson doesn’t show up everytime it says Edward cullen. He is perfect for the part of Edward Cullen.
For all the people who read the book, i have grown a liking to Emmett Cullen. I do not know what has drawn my attention to the fictional character, but i find him funny, charming and random. After reading all the books, I watched Twilight with my mum. Emmett was exactly how i imagined him, Kellan Lutz playd him sooooo well. He totaly owns the kitchen sceene, just behind Rosalie anyway.
I love her character as well.Niki Reed does mean well, but she was not what i expected. The Rosalie Stephenie Meyer describes is harsher than Niki Reed potrays her to be, but this helps because other wise, Rosalie would look to much like the main theme of the film. Although in the last book she does seem as though she is trying to kill Bella by not letting Carlisle remove the baby from Bella.
That brings another dissapointment from the film, Carlisle was too white it was unreal. I know he is unreall (Being a vampire and all) but it was a little too far to make him that white. Edward and Emmett on the other hand, were perfect ( Obviously).
Alice is amazing, i hope to see her progress in the film as she does in the book. Jasper should also be one to progress too by the read of it..........................................................

It’s very hard to explane why i love Twilight soo much, but it has definatly taken over my life. Its all i think about, i trie to stop thinkinf about it but i can’t. I have however seen the new harry potter film, That was pretty good. It was verry funny nearer the end ("Poof"), although my sister fell asleep on my shoulder.
Everybody in my year at school know i am obsesed with the Twilight Saga, and so i seem to always be the one to find stuff out about the cast, new releases ect., at least 12 different people have asked me to go to the cinema with them to watch New moon but i cant go with every one. I would probrably just ruin it by talking, or squeeling every time Edward or Jacob comes on screen. Or when they both reveal there perfect bodies.

Ugggh, i hate the books. and him. eww. he looks like a hobo.
and in the books edward is basically a bipolar stalker, and bella has the personality of a dial tone. she has no spirit; edward is abusive. and NOTHING HAPPENS until the last few pages. the books could be half as long.
you guys should go and read stuff like wuthering heights, animal farm or of mice and men. or even noughts and crosses!!!

R-Patz is one of the most unattractive actors I’ve ever laid my eyes. K-Stew is pretty but her attitude really p***** me off! Always looks miserable, always moaning about something. Constantly says she isn’t ungrateful but then acts ungrateful. Really bad attitude. They both moan about fame but chose to become actors. Er, hello???? Two of the most overrated actors at the moment. Sick of the sight of them and I can’t wait for the last film to come out so they can both disappear!

Stephenie Meyer is a good writer but copying some scenes on Anne Rice’s “Interview with the Vampire”? The hell! Gosh damn it! That’s oh so immature, Miss Stephenie. No offense again, also to Twilight-ers, New Moon-ers, Eclipse-ers, Breaking Dawn-ers, and Midnight Sun-… ers. =|
