Mega Shark Vs. Giant Octopus Trailer - worst film ever made?

So we’ve just been sent a trailer to one of the most ridiculous straight to DVD movies we’ve seen in a while and we couldn’t stop laughing the whole way through it. Not to be confused in any way with Eagle Vs Shark (hilarious comedy from the same guys that did Flight of the Conchords), Mega Shark Vs. Giant Octopus tells the epic story of...well I’m guessing this one speaks for itself here, but we’ve been told that this will be the most titanic struggle ever witnessed that will see Two mythical beasts, defying the laws of nature and threatening the entire of humanity in a vicious battle to certain death!

We’re not getting our hope up that it is going to be Shakespeare (not even a poor man’s Godzilla) but it does feature ‘80s teen startlet Debbie Gibson (there is no shame if she may have slipped out of your “i ♥ 80s” collection), so i expect plenty of fishy dialogue and hammy acting. Don’t forget it will also feature a Mega Shark fighting a Giant Octopus - yes, a MEGA Shark and a GIANT Octopus. Those are some big ol’ fish.

Looking at the trailer i’m guessing the story pretty much writes itself but who am I to care, all we want to see is a MEGA SHARK and GIANT OCTOPUS! This could be so bad that it’s good but what do you reckon, shit or hit?

FYI - my advice would be to get your fishing rod out of the water on 10th August because this is when the fight of a thousand millennia is about to kick off!

Which side are you on - Mega Shark or Giant Octopus?

I’ve seen this on YouTube beofre and other trailers, I think it looks really shit!  But I want to see it anyway, it looks funny becasue the effects look rubbish, it’s like they’ve tried to hard with them.  What made them actors agree to appear in that?
