Sorry, but the Dolly Rockers are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy better.
And I think Girls can’t catch’s songs aren’t very catchy in my opinion.
And they are rather boring, i’d prefer some people to have a bit of life instead of making me die with boredom.
I’d have Gold Digger over Keep Your Head Up on my iPod anyday.

Girls Can’t Catch are flippin awful. Did they get someone doing their GCSE media project to come in and film the video? And those boys aren’t fit at all, I just want to feed them all a sandwich. wow this is like a mean girls thread! I dont see why anyone would have so much hate against GCC Ive met one of them and she was so down to earth and friendly and queued with us at a saturdays gig and had her picture taken with all of us and was so nice about it! I’m all for girl power so the more girl bands the better and these are pretty good.

Video 2 “Dollie who”?, then GCC admit to speaking to the “Dolly Rockers” at Party in the Park!!!!!! They then go on to insinuate that the Dollies have no talent and are chavs!!!!!!! i admit it was very subtle!
In my opinion GCC are little clones of the “Saturdays"The Dolly Rockers get my vote every time. They are fun, fiesty,have their own opinions,lairy, beautiful,i have never seen them half dressed on a stage, i love their catchy pop songs and i like the fact that they write their own songs.

the first time i watched JSUD in Youtube i couldn’t stop playing the song again and againd and again.. the same for Gold Digger… but when i “watched” Keep *That (i don’t remember de full tittle)* ... i think that i almost watch the half of the vid, then i closed the window… SOOO BORiiiiiiiiiiiNG..!! so… if i have to vote for the DEBUT SINGLE OF THE YEAR..!! Love how all the Girls Can’t Catch fans are being calm and composed, and the Dolly Rockers fans obviously feel threatened by GCC so are acting rudely, nastily and being generally horrid about a girl band that quite clearly none of them know.
If you watched other youtube videos of these girls and saw in more than one video, you’d see the real picture of what they’re like.. not “dull” “big headed” “boring” and to be honest I would defend them against “Lyndsay"s comment as I feel its completely unnecessary but i can’t be bothered with her as she’s quite obviously jealous of them.

Well i think The Dolly Rockers have more energy and generally seem more fun!! BUT Girls Cant Catch have BETTER vocals!! Sad but its true. I mean I love both bands and have seen them both live. But vocally Girl’s Cant Catch win everytime!

Some comments are bang on. DR’s and their fans are very worried. Just because GCC are not over the top and in your face they get abused by a load of F***ing morons who can’t say anything constructive except to shout abuse. There’s room for the DR’s but let’s face it they are all froth and no substance (as yet), a bit like a cheap bottle of Lambrusco.
And Olly (aka the boss!), I do think you speak with fork tongue. You slagged Phoebe off for her ego but there was no substance to that claim in the interview. You asked questions and she answered. She has opinions yes, but she didn’t talk over the other girls and she wasn’t rude to you or anyone else. Jess is just naturally more quiet. Try and be a bit more honest rather than stoking the flames on other forums to get more publicity for your site. Was there ever going to be a pt 3 until you saw the amount of chatter about it?

Wait a minute, I was just kidding! I loved the girls and have said nice things about them everywhere. I don’t get why it blew up like this at all because in the room it was a really nice atmosphere.
The comment on Phoebe’s ego (part 3) was simply playing along with our jokes about Phoebe taking over the band (which we made in the room). Personally I haven’t had the album off my ipod at all and we’ve constantly said there are room for multiple girl groups on our iPod!

I saw the Dolly Rockers randomly while wondering through Westfield. But I had heard about them before hand.(I love Je suis une Dolly, its my guilty pleasure) GCC I saw them at the iTunes Festival and they really suprised me there vocals are spot on!

Ok the two girl bands are so different. I personaly love the DRs i do not like manufactured bands at all. That is not to say that GCC vocals are not good. But what i like about the DRs is that as much as people may say that they are “CHAVS”!!! I actually think that they are the complete opposite and they must be laughing so much.
They write their own music, have created their own image, designed their own clothes, have their own say with their record label and have had enormous publicity more so than GCC and they havnt released a single yet!!!!
And i believe that in the next 6months the Dolly Rockers vocals will be outrageous. Olly I love you x

Olly i love you, cant wait for the dollys reply!!!!! GCC have been on every TV show possible from “Loose Women”, to “GMTV” to “Big Brother Little Brother”!!! The “Dollys” have not been on anything yet but remain so cool! It will be interesting to hear what they have to say about GCC. I CANT WAIT

Well I am a massive fan of the DR I have no comment on GCC music as it was given to them ..... to perform there style Mmmmm needs styling.... I have met GCC,, and to be honest nothing special..... pop, is a package, 100`s of people can sing,,,, but not so many have the full package and the brains to put it together… the DR, write there own stuff, style there own outfits, and boy can they deliver a good show,,,,,, so as time goes on they are the better all round package,,,,,, GCC, were put together they have not worked together as a team...... so no little of how to do it alone, they rely on being told wot to sing how to dance etc..... I no the DR.... do not, and have had a massive input into everything they do..... as for tv shows.. well you have to remember due to GCC being manufactured they have had more cash behind them...... some business is not going to put something together thinking they will not get no return..... so thats why GCC have had more tv footage.... wots the saying “money talks”......
Do not dislike GCC as truth is if you were a young girl and approached to be in some manufactured band when your previous band had collapsed???? yes you forget that dont you ... DR have stuck together working hard to achieve there dream GCC have flopped in previous bands.... Why.... I ask????? no drive..... easy route ....
So all of you should think about how and why these so talented???? GCC did not suceed in there previous bands???
Good luck to the GCC..

Pedro not sure you have your info correct Jess has been in college studying for ALevels and was invited to join GCC earlier this year so she left college and studied on tour Ive been to college and school with her for the past 5 years and she has never been in a failed girlband and this was her first real audition!!! alevel results came out here last week and jess passed all of hers so i dont think shes gonna be coming to uni with the rest of her mates :(
