Alex Roots was the instigator of teentoday.co.uk TV – with the rather manic video of us trying to outstare her. We didn’t win a pair of sunglasses, but something much better instead: the opportunity to interview Ms Roots in Soho’s The Diner. In part 1 we talk her debut album, randy poodles (that make her cry), Tom McFly’s big chin and her celebrity encounters. Oh, and she bought us a Nutella milkshake, had two herself and then felt sick all afternoon. We love her! Part 2 coming soon.
